Stan
Stan is an American expat, originally hailing from Texas but now living in Denmark with his first wife, Nanna and dog Lilith. Besides repairing lots of cameras for One Of Many Cameras, Stan is also our in-house model when we need to test cameras. Here he is shot by our Managing Dictator on a Mamiya 645 medium format film camera with the famous 80mm f1.9 lens.
Wifey Nanna took this portrait of Stan Leica M2 with the Zeiss 50mm f2.0 Planar which is Stan's favorite lens for his Leica cameras. It was shot on Cinestill 400D.

Stan is one of our highly qualified repair technicians, and like our other repair guy, Henrik, Stan loves digital Fuji cameras - and everything analog, from his old Leica M2 to Linhof 13x18cm and 8x10" large format. He also uses the wetplate collodion process. Here is a behind the scenes shot of him working shot by our friend Jon Bjarni Hjartarson.
And here is one of Stan's originals. This was shot January 2026 by Stan on an old Schneider 360mm f5.5 Tele-Xenar lens which he had just serviced. The negatives is a massive 13x18cm big!

Stan is very experienced when it comes to adjusting analog shutters, old Eastern European film cameras, and large format stuff. Stan masters 3D-printing, so he is also producing spare parts for us (and the old cameras which need them) and he has music taste almost as good as our Managing Dictator :-)
